Lash Lift essentially gives curl (and/or lift) to your natural lashes to create a thick and fuller look.
Brow Lamination enhances your brows to give them a thicker look. It is a latest beauty trend that lifts and enhances your natural brow hair.
As more and more clients have been looking for more information on these beauty treatments, we have organised a few frequently asked questions into this post.
Lash lift: Prior to treatment
Before your appointment for a lash lift, please make sure that your eyes are free of any makeup, mascara, and lash extensions. If you wear contact lenses, please make sure to remove them prior to treatment. If you are applying any serum for your eyes, please stop using for at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Lash Lift: After care (first 24 hours)
- Don’t get your lashes wet
- Don’t go to a sauna
- Don’t apply mascara
- Don’t use any serum
- Don’t rub your eyes
If properly cared in particular the first 24 hour after the treatment, a lash lift application may last about 4 to 6 weeks.
Brow Lamination: Prior to treatment
Before your appointment for a brow lamination, please don’t apply any brow powder or makeup on your brows. If there is any makeup on your brows when you arrive for your appointment that will need to be removed before starting the treatment. If you are interested to shape (brow thread or brow wax) and tint your brows, let us know before the treatment, we’ll add it to your appointment.
Brow Lamination: After care
Similar to lash lift after care, brow lamination treatment also requires to keep brows dry for at least 24 hours after the treatment. If you let your brows wet too soon after the treatment, it will not give enough time for the creams and permanent gels to set your brows with their new shape.
Depending upon the after care, a brow lamination can last about 4 to 6 weeks. For the longevity of your brow lamination, you can apply castor oil to your brows after 48 hours of your treatment. It is also recommended to brush your brow hair in upright position any time following shower or washing your face to help keep your brows their new shape.
